How can I fix/stop this?

I have a shirt that's striped black and white and whenever I wear it the black bleeds onto my skin. It's been washed a few times with other clothes. If I wash it by itself with a color catcher or something will that help the black to stop bleeding off? I need something because I really like this shirt but because of this I can't wear it.
