Does he care about me?

I have known this boy since year 3 and we went to the same secendary school and we now both go to seperate colleges now. We've been friends for years, but when we were in junior school he fancied me a lot. And then in secendary school he would stare at me a lot. And one time in food tec me and my friend harriet were in partners and we were making a cake and then james walked in the class a bit late and he had to pair up with someone and he choose me and harriet. And then he came up behind me and put his arms around my waist and said "can I please help you cook this cake chloe, please?" Then I said ok and he seemed really happy. And then in year 11 one time I was just standing with my friend harriet and he randomally came along and he hugged me and said "I love you chloe" he said it in a sweet voice. And he doesn't normally hug people lol. Anyways, and we have left school and both go to seperate colleges now and because he's auditioning for a singing competition I wrote on his wall on his facebook saying "I've seen your video, your so good at singing, good luck for the competition x" then he wrote "cheers hun mwah x" and then I put as my facebook status as "I'm getting singing lessons, this should be good" then he commented saying "lol go for it, let me know how it goes" so does he fancy me or something???
