Is it wrong to give your dad a kiss over the phone?

Well one day my dad was complaing he was sick. ( he lives in different town then I do) and I said something like I make u feel better and I went mwah! He juss laughed and said thank you. The only reason why I think its kinda wrong is becoz that's wut me and my boyfriend do all the time on the phone but I think it was okay because my boyfriend said he sometimes do that to his friends for comfort. >.
