I have to write a fantasy story, and it has to include golden paper, in some way or another, any ideas?

Maybe there is something written on the golden paper, a secret that has been lost for centuries, and it is guarded by some fantastical creature (elves, dwarves, goblins, dragons, mermaids, whatever you want). Meanwhile, a girls brother has been kidnapped by some evil creature and she and her best friend have to find this piece of golden paper in order to figure out how to save him.
