Someone has to be able to help!!!?

basics yeah. i i like this boy and i have liked him so ages and ages, like years. but we have never actually spoken, and i really want to make a move. but i am so scared about getting rejected. and it would be so horrid if i got rejected he's super shy, and never talks to any girls so it's hard to know if he likes me or not. how should i approach him? someone help me, ASAP!!!!! mwah x
