Will a 100 watt amp make a Fusion FCW-15 Sub Woofer come on?

This Sub Woofer is 15" with 4000 Watts Max and has a 500 Oz Magnet. I am trying to check that it does in fact come on before I can sell it. Its very rare and used almost strictly for competition purposes. If this amp will not work, what is the minimum wattage required in order to test this Sub Woofer?
