Which Sub Woofers should I get?

I have no idea what any of the terms for subs are, like OHMs, oh how many watts i need. Im just looking for a 12 inch sub that can bump, but isnt that expensive. Im looking to spend like 200 for the sub and amp, if thats possible. not 200 retail, but 200 on a discount or a cheap website.
