Putting and amp and woofers in my 1993 Accord?

If you can fit it under the seat, that's where I'd put it. That's the spot where it's least likely to get stolen and/or overheat (just make sure it's mounted in such a way wherein the gain/crossover/etc are accessible). If it doesn't fit, then screw it onto the back of the backseat in the trunk.
