Feathers/Color!! HELP.?

I have 2 feathers. One of them is a long skinny aqua blue with black stripes, and the other is short with brown and white stripes that is very fluffy. They are both on top of my head. I have very dark straight brown hair. I want to get some kind of color(my hair dresser has color extentions i could put in) or maybe more feathers in my hair. Any suggestions? I am 15 and don't want to make any drastic changes. Where should I put the color/feathers? I dont want anything perminate.
