Car audio cuts out WEIRD?

I currently am running a sub amp (no problems at all) and a 4 channel speaker amp. All was working fine until one night after I tuned my amp. I didn't notice any problem at all until the next day when I turned up the volume a bit and it started cutting out when any bass was played through the woofers. From there the sound would keep cutting out until I lower the bass or the volume all together (Unless I faded the volume to the back and it would stop completely) . Now to me it sounded like wires were touching or something along those lines. So I took my radio out and looked behind there to check the wires (everything was fine.) This didn't make a difference then I went to plug everything back in and the problem switched from the front to the back! WTFZ Haha I have no idea what's going on and I'm about ready to give up. Also around the same time this started happening my front left woofer stopped working. :(
