Baby doll from the 90's I believe?

I have this doll I am trying to figure the name of it out. It was a baby doll that had 2 faces. On one side she was awake and smiling and the other side she was sleeping. Her arms and legs stretched out and they had velcro and you could strap them to your arms and legs and do cartwheels. The one I have has a striped orange, purple, yellow, and green hat, and it also has stars. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
